5. Orders

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and the order has been accepted for processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment is not received, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or there is an obvious pricing or product error.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT and any applicable delivery fees or charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be made using the payment methods available on the website at checkout.
7. Discount Codes, Promotions and Salon Rep Codes
Discount codes, promotional codes and salon rep codes are subject to the terms issued with each code.
Codes may be limited by product, order value, customer type, date, usage limit or availability. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed, unless otherwise approved by Netwurks Pro.
Netwurks Pro may amend, suspend or withdraw any discount code, promotion or rep code at any time where misuse, error or abuse is suspected.
8. Salon, Trade and Professional Orders
Where salon, trade or professional ordering is available, access to trade pricing, discounts or rep codes may be limited to approved salons, stylists, professionals or stockists.
Salon or professional buyers are responsible for ensuring that products are used, recommended, stored and resold in accordance with applicable laws, product instructions and professional standards.
Netwurks Pro may refuse, limit or cancel trade orders where account information, rep code use or order activity appears incorrect, unauthorised or inconsistent with the intended salon or professional programme.
9. Delivery
Delivery options, fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, incorrect delivery details or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in line with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a return, refund or exchange, please contact us within the applicable return period and provide your order details, reason for return and any relevant photos where required.
Products must generally be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are defective or otherwise required by law.
11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will assist with a replacement, exchange, refund or other suitable remedy in line with applicable law.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist where the order has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return in line with our Returns Policy.
